I recently had the chance to bombard the staff at Secrets from Your Sister with questions about lingerie.

What basic pieces should every woman own?
A woman should own 3-4 bras. One black, one skintone (for under light
colours) one fun fashion colour like red and either a strapless or sports
bra depending on which plays an important role in your life. (if you do
sports or activity it is in the best interest of your bosom to support
them well or they start to decline faster)
It is always wise to have some invisible panites, short or thong as a
bikini cuts in. I also think every woman should have a pair of ‘granny
panties’ for those days you only car about comfort!
What would you suggest for someone with a limited budget?
Well, if it is for a bra I suggest coming in at sale time for sure. I love
sale time and love seeing the excitement from women when the get a good
deal! For other times let your fitter know you have a limited budget. We
have inexpensive bras as well however, lower cost often also means lower
quality and a lesser lifespan. We work with your needs but an investment,
well taken care of is often the most economical solution in the long run.
Common mistakes women make when choosing undergarments.
Women often buy bra backs too big which starts a whole bunch of issues
like the wire digging in, the straps falling off and the straps digging
into the shoulders causing a woman to slouch and to often have back and
neck pain.
Instant cleavage tricks 
The Jennifer Bra is the best cleavage EVER! It is also multi way and low
back, seamless and soft! Another trick used is putting an insert into the
lower outer side of the bosom in the bra. This boosts the breasts into the
center and a bit upward to really emphasize the fullness. This trick works
with Demi cut bras and best in Plunge cut bras.
