This video shows a super easy way to create waves by using a flat iron. I like to take curl random pieces when I am having a flat hair day. I find this way of curling hair a lot easier to do than the hold-your-iron-in-a-vertical-angle-and-pull way and the effect is different also. Regardless, I always struggle when it comes to using a flat iron for curling hair. Maybe with enough practice, I’ll learn how to perfect it!

Budget Beauty Tip: Wavy Hair

Get wavy hair with no cost and very little effort. After washing your hair simply gather your locks, twist and pin up. If you have hard to manage hair, apply a bit of pomade, serum or leave in conditioner for added moisture. Leave overnight to dry and you will wake up with a head full of hydrated, curly waves! This is one of my favourite things to do in the summer to beat the humidity. Try it, it works!
