Celebrity Fashion: Ashley and Mary Kate Olsen
Sunday, February 21st, 2010I love seeing the Olsen Twins in evening wear. Ashley looks so elegant and quite the bombshell in this long black number and Mary Kate is looking very glamorous (and in this particular shot—a hot mess) in gold sequins.
Between the two ladies I usually prefer Ashley’s style because she always looks so polished and put-together. Mary Kate’s look has a bohemian/vintage charm to it and she comes out with a lot of unique pieces.
They’re both style icons in my book.
Who is your favourite Olsen fashionista?

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010I love everything about this collection. A little steep for my liking but I am sure that we can all get inspired (and find more affordable alternatives!).
Enjoy!

I LOVE Dynamite’s Spring 2010 Collection
Wednesday, February 10th, 2010Can anybody say wow? WOW! I absolutely love everything. The individual pieces and the way everything was put together. Everything screams city chic and wear me now! Maybe the latter is just in my head. Regardless, this collection rocks!
I am heading over to a store location to browse the items.
Super excited!
P.S Some of the pieces are labeled as “coming soon” on the website. I hope they’re there by the time I trek to a Dynamite location.
Casual Weekends
The white blazer and denim shorts combo is my favourite. The denim jumpsuit is quite cute too!
Dressy @ Work
The second and third looks are spot on and perfect for the office. I love the button detail on the pencil skirt. I like the violet and red combo and the green tank will look fabulous with a sharp, black blazer.
Date Night
I want the white dress. If it looks as good in the store this item will sell like hotcakes. I love the embellishment. The jacket and belt combo is so chic and the black and white outfit will look fantastic with flats or dressy sneakers. Pairing it with heels might be over-kill.

Budget Fashion Find: Rachel Pally Lace Print Dress
Wednesday, February 10th, 2010You all know how much I love the lace trend. I absolutely adore this maxi-dress. I think that it is perfect to wear for weddings, over dinner, to a party, almost anything really. I would wear this with wedge heels and a gold cuff bracelet. A cluster of transparent beads might work or a pair of dangling earrings as well. It would look great with hoops and fitted jacket. Denim maybe to dress it down? It will work with a blazer as well.
Rachel Pally Long Shirred Camisole Dress
I think that the overall effect is very sophisticated. Maxi dresses work well with taller frames but with a pair of heels or platforms, us petite women can do some serious damage as well.
Love this dress!
This dress is on sale for $110 (regular $220) at ShopBop
