Bebe is a good source for sexy, fun and trendy clothes. I enjoy shopping there because they carry smaller sizes and there is always a great in-store atmosphere (puts me in a party mood!)

On a side note, it is getting warmer here in Toronto! I love the spring season.

I just found out that Topshop.com now ships to Canada. I checked the website and you have to order from the British portal in order to qualify for international shipping. The prices are listed in British Pounds so I am always calculating the exchange in my head. They have a lot of deals in their sale and last chance section.

Topshop is similar to the “other” European chains except with better quality, unique design and slightly higher prices.

I am a sucker for pretty packaging. I’ve never bought YSL makeup before but since it’s on sale online I might try it out. I’ve always liked the YSL packaging. It looks so luxurious and the items are pretty enough to collect after the makeup has run out. I can never get sick of make-up palettes/sets. Clinique is having a great deal on their eye and make-up kit set.  I love the berry lip colours and the pastel colours for the eyes. With pastel eye shadow, less is more. A hint of pastel green, blue or pink is always pretty and very spring-like. I found a website that sells perfume, skin care and make up at discounted prices. Think Sephora but at a lower price point. StrawberryNET carries everything that department stores have. As in EVERYTHING but cheaper. They also have a loyalty program, online deals and additional discounts depending on the number of items that you want to purchase. On top of that, they offer free shipping anywhere in the world (some exclusions apply for fragrance).

There’s taxes that you have to pay at the border but when you take advantage of the discounted price (+additional online deals) and free shipping it is probably cheaper to buy it online. It’s a good idea to do a price comparison before making a purchase.

Sexy, earthy with a hint of somber and VERY pretty.  I think that this line is quite sophisticated but mellow. When I look at a collection for spring I always like to see a palette of pretty colours (pastels—cliche I know but I associate pastels with spring) or amazing pieces in a few shades. At first glance, the collection did not blow me away (maybe because I was immersed in neutrals for months now), so to speak but I really like the versatile and wearable pieces that they came up.  Toned down yet ferocious, just the way I like it!

The boho chic (very last pic) is my favourite look. It reminds me of a more stylish version of  Sophia Coppola’s The Virgin Suicides.
