Temporary tattoos were the “hit” accessories for the spring/summer 2010 collections. Chanel is offering a collection of prints for a limited time.  The price tag?

$75 whopping dollars.

I guess compared to what Chanel charges, $75 is not a lot. But for temporary tattoos I can’t seem to justify spending that much.

I like the idea and some of the prints are quite lovely. If I was considering getting a permanent tattoo this is a way to test out the waters before committing. I am just not sure if I want to pay for the entire set. It’s too bad you can’t just pick and choose what you like.

I pulled this from one of my favourite blogs (Cupcakes and Cashmere). I think that this look is super easy to do and is very chic. I think that this works best with day old hair that is of longer length. My hair is just a bit past my shoulders and I ended up looking like Lady Gaga with a hair bow. Cute but far from the desired results.

Do you need a club to hit your man over the head with and drag him to the spa? There are less primitive ways to get your Neanderthal to join you in relaxation. Unfortunately, many men feel uncomfortable going to a spa and sitting around half-naked with a bunch of women. However, when you think about it that way – it’s difficult to imagine why.

The easiest way to get your man to accompany you at the spa is to book a couples package. This way he will not be alone. Fear of the unknown is usually worse than the actual. I’ll take any excuse to get an extra spa treatment.

Call ahead to see if they have a separate waiting area for men and women. This often makes a man more comfortable. The Nouvel Hotel and Spa offers several King and Queen Packages. Afterward, consider booking a room at the hotel for the two of you. This will be spa visit your special guy will never forget.

Finally, if he is still spa resistant, consider booking an appointment for him at a Montreal spa for men only. MANN offers a plethora of services for the man in your life. In addition to a full-service barber shop, your man can get shaved; massaged; groomed; and manicured. Consider a package to introduce your guy to several services including a facial, hand detailing and their popular foot work.

I love the milk maid look that was popular last season. It is simple, elegant and super easy to do. Just a couple of pins and tucks here and there.  I found it easier to work with a smaller section of hair because it turned out neater. It helps if you have super thick hair especially if you want to create a thick braided band.
