This is going into my look book. Take a peek at the behind-the-scene photo shoot of Christy Turlington for Robert Coin. I love her glamorous, Italian-chic look. There’s something very Sophia Loren about it. Please excuse the blurry pics. There is A LOT of shots but I love Miz Turlington. She’s my favourite supermodel from the 90’s.
To Get the Look:
* Hair must be natural, bouncy with some beach waves. Use rollers or a curling iron. Add a tiny bit of pomade/serum for shine and texture. I think that super straight hair will work also.
* For make up the look calls for natural glamour. Think slightly smokey eyes, pale lips. Skin must look bright and healthy. A light tan or translucent skin will look awesome! I think that any skin colour will work. The key is to have flawless skin.
* For the bling—-I personally don’t like big earrings with big necklaces. Use one of the other but not together. For this look, the focal point was the necklace. Any chain will work. You don’t have to copy every step of the look if you don’t want to. The point is to be inspired and make the look your own.
*Swarovski or cubic zirconia crystals are a affordable alternatives to diamonds.
* For the outfit, a v-neck top with a black skirt/cigarette pants will work as well. I really love the look of the body skimming, long-sleeved black number that Christy wore.
